Spencer brings more than 35 years of industry experience, including 37 years as an entrepreneur founding and running his own equipment leasing company, where his expertise in credit analysis and structuring and documenting complicated transactions resulted in outsized performance and profitability.
He also served as a board member and president of the National Association of Equipment Leasing Brokers and owns a modern indoor rock climbing gym in Shaker Heights, Ohio.
When not working he enjoys rock climbing, sailing, spending time with his family and spending time outdoors at his country farmhouse.
